Our largest concert bass drum, and the one the scoring stages ask for by name — it has been on more than a few famous film soundtracks. A 70-inch Adams head moves an enormous amount of air: the low end you feel in your chest before you hear it, with a decay long enough to sit under a whole cue. It rides in a fixed Adams suspension cradle on locking casters, so it rolls into position and stays put at playing height.
